Can't connect Garmin Connect 4.54.1.2 with iPhone 11 iOS 15.4.1

I just updated Garmin Connect to v 4.54.1.2 and since then can connect with my iPhone running iOS 15.4.1.

Garmin Connect says Bluetooth is not active which is not true. I can connect to other Bluetooth devices from this iPhone without any problems.

Seems like the update to Garmin Connect v 4.54.1.2 introduced a bug.

Anyone having same problem or suggestion what I can do to fix this?

In my case, I’m connecting iPhone to Garmin Edge 830. I fixed the issue removing, reinstalling the Garmin Connect app on the iPhone, and made sure to set bluetooth On in the app.

Yea I’m the same had this issue for a while and no one at Garmin can help watch is only 9 months I have the fenis 6 plus solar

My device connects to my phone but cannot pair then just disconnects, it’s very frustrating

Same problem here. I ended up resetting my watch and it worked for a few hours and disconnected again.

Watch doesn’t calculate steps, heart rate, or sleep in the disconnected state. I have a garmin instinct tactical.

Can you perform a screen recording of the pairing process and post a picture of what your watch looks like after you put it into Bluetooth pairing mode?

No. My app worked fine. After talking with garmin, my watch didn’t take the update and they are replacing it through warranty exchange. It seems like your Bluetooth settings are not connected. Go to Settings>Connect and make sure you have given the app permission to use Bluetooth.

I’m assuming that when I previously applied the new version of Garmin Connect, this had likely turned Bluetooth Off at the app settings without me knowing.

All things good now.
