Garmin Connect v 4.54.0.32 not synchronizing on 3 different iPhone 11 ios 15.4.1 since Wednesday 04-27-2022

I will check it out, but is it common for 3 different trackers to suddenly lose the ability to sync on 3 different phones following a single app update? I will check out the guide to see if any of the recommendations resolve the issue. I will post again, once we have tried the suggested fixes.

First of all I'd try to exclude that the problem comes from your local WiFi router, that I assume all of you share. Disable WiFi on the phone, and try syncing when connected over the mobile data.

Another possibility is that you shared the same PC with Garmin Express installed, for the charging, or for updates. All the devices might have become associated with the same account, creating so confllcts. In that case you'd have to remove all the device from all apps (GC Mobile, GC Web, Express), and reassigning - see the hint #7 for that

Use the same troubleshooting guide. I do not know more than what is written there. If I did, I would add it there.

I got it to sync on my phone and it transferred to my IPad. Now I am afraid to do the new update on IOS because I see it has a Bluetooth issue. I hate all the updates anyway. Thank you.

I got the same problem since mid-night of 4/16.  I also have iPhone 11 iOS 15.4.1 , Garmin Connect V4.54.0.32 and Forerunner 945.  But I know people with Android having same issue as well.  The trouble shooting guide doesn't help at all.
