my Venu SQ does not connect to my Iphone 12

I just switched from a iphone X to a Iphone 12. Now mu Venu SQ doen't connect anymore

Does it still connect to the iPhone X? Have you unpaired it completely from the iPhone X? Both in the watch and in the phone.

Yes it still connects to my X if i want but it is fully disconnected. The 12 sees other devices as also an older watch but not the Venu. Tje X still sees the Venu. Uninstalled the app and re installed. Restarted the Garmin and phone severall times
