garmin connect black on phone scree

My garmin connect app on my phone has changed to blank black screen when I open it how can I fix this . If I delete and reload the app will I loose all my data ?

No. The data is coming from centralized Garmin servers. All your data will remain as long as you log back into the app with the same Garmin account. It will match what you have on Garmin Connect Web.
