App 4.53 crashes when going to Workouts

Same happened with me! Now I can’t do my specific training, this is very frustrating as it still worked last night

I was able to sign in on my laptop, and access all my workouts. I then sent the workouts to my watch through the laptop, once my phone synced with my watch (I have a FR 235) the workouts were on my watch. I still cannot access workouts on my phone app.
