Why is this not working anymore?

given my iPhone 6 ios12.5.5 is not latest version, but it synced properly until a couple of days ago.

can you fix this or suggest a fix?

I see others with same problem.

The current solution is to update to the latest version of the app, but it requires iOS 13 or higher.

Report it to Garmin and hope for a fix of the outdated version of the app.
