Syncing issue ... No devices will sync anymore

Literally none of my devices will sync via Garmin Connect anymore. I have a 1030 Edge Plus, Garmin Fenix 6X, and a Index S2 smart scale. I am having to grab FIT files from the cycle and watch. 

I've had issues syncing before (I think many have), and at worst had to recreate the bluetooth connections.

This problem simply will not resolve. I've emailed support about it, early days but no response as yet. However, did not even get a confirmation they received the message, is this normal? I am based in the UK.

I've deleted the app, deleted the devices, deleted the Bluetooth connection ... nothing works. Just seeing question marks where the sync icon usually sits.

Connecting devices to Garmin Express hasn't helped. All devices are at the latest update level. For the Edge device I've even tried betas in desperation.

Any advice welcome!
