So I am getting breaking news and movie notifications but I have turned off all of my notifications other than texts and calls. I still want to receive texts and calls but how do I get rid of the other notifications.

I just bought my first Garmin forerunner 55 and I’m having the same realization that I can’t choose what notifications be sent to my watch

I might return it if I can’t fix this which is sad because I really wanted to have a Watch dedicated to just running without all the other bells and whistles that I’m actually currently getting I may just have to go back to the Apple Watch
