How do I download a route to my garmin edge 830, specifically Norfolk Coast Cycleway

Where do you have the route? 

If you got a GPX you can import it to courses in Garmin Connect: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses

You can also check if you find it there.

Then click Send to device for the route.
