I am uploading my cycling activities to garmin connect manually but they are not being included towards my badges.
Activities from 3rd party services do not count for badges/challenges. All activities must be logged with a Garmin device to count for badges/challenges.

Use the Tacx app when riding a Tacx device - it will count towards badges and challenges too
