Is all history lost or just the running? Do you still see your connections, badges, step history and other data?

Lost data usually indicates that you have logged into another account.

All my history is lost including badges connections etc. How do I retrieve my original account if that’s what’s happened.

You need to find out which email address you used for your original account.

I would check all emails sent from Garmin to you and see to which address they are sending.
