Watch is asking for pregnancy symptoms when I had already selected to stop tracking pregnancy due to miscarriage

My Garmin was tracking my pregnancy. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage. The watch keeps asking me to update pregnancy symptoms!! Even though I have tried to return the watch to my cycle selecting the option for cancelling pregnancy as I had miscarried.
This is really starting to cause further upset/stress. Please advise how I can get this to update and return to track my cycle. I have tried deleting the app redownloading and signing in but that hasn’t helped.

Since you’ve already tried the things you’ve listed, may I suggest the following.

1) Try updating your cycle status on Connect website instead of the app.
2) Try soft resetting your watch
