Mountain bike and road bike statistics

Hi, I'm wondering why the Cycling statistics are not specialized for bike type. I mean average speed or average distance are not comparable between road and mtb. But if I'm not wrong into the insights reporting they're all mixed as one.

You can see subcategory statistics in Garmin Connect Web » Reports » Progress Summary. Not available on the app.

Thanks! Is there a way to see insights specific to cycling type? ie, I look super slow on the average speed because I mostly mountain bike and I assume most people log road bike or virtual riding data
