I am seeing two annoying problems with the connect app on a regular basis. It would really be great if those could be addressed…
Problem one: Add weight dialog sometimes shows a black page
The app sometimes shows a black page when I try to add my weight from the my day page. There are no navigation elements on that page and the only solution is to force quit the application. I have not seen any pattern that triggers that problem. I am seeing this on average once a week (with one new weight measurement per day).
Problem two: Connect app shows "Welcome to Connect" banner even though everything is set up already
The app shows the "Welcome to Connect" banner that allows you to set up your device (i.e. the new user journey) even though everything is already set up. This happened to me the last time after the update of the app. The problem with this is that there seems no easy way to dismiss that "Welcome to Connect" banner when it appears erroneously. One way seems to start the workflow to add a new device and then force quit the app after the first screen.
Connect app 4.52.0.21 on iOS 15.4.
