Walking with pram - incorrect step count?

Hi - when out walking with my pram the steps don’t seem accurate. It might be cos my arms are out straight. I’m wondering if there is a solution to this, can I add as an activity?

The arm movement is what counts as steps so you need to move the arm or make the watch move. Put the watch in the pocket, strap around your ankle...

You can't manually add steps.
