Am I correct in saying the aerobic and anaerobic labels on the training effect widget are the wrong way around? You can see in the run below I spent most of the time in zone 4 (anaerobic) however the training effect is showing this as aerobic.

Thanks Kevin, good article, I was thinking the TE score just aligns with the HR zone you're training at but it obviously takes into account more than that.
