Garmin venu not syncing with app

My garmin venu data in My Day is showing the previous days data. It is also showing up todays data under tomorrow. I have rebooted phone & watch, uninstalled app and paired the devices again but it’s not fixed the issue. Can anyone help?

Hello 1472401. Is the time/date correct on the watch?

Yes, it was. I went into my garmin account from web browser and the time was Western Europe, I changed it back to GMT, although it did keep jumping back. However, overnight it rectified itself. Very bizarre
