Upload from iSmoothRun lap paces

Hi,

Since December I cannot see the laps pace on my Garmin account. I use iSmoothRun and it shows the lap pace for each kilometer. If I upload my unit to Garmin it only shows the pace for the hole run. I‘m not sure who’s fault it is Garmin oder iSmoothRun. But I know in november it worked. Have a look at the pictures…

Which Garmin watch? Do you have it set to auto lap by km?

I use the Apple Watch 7. I can see the lap paces in the iSmoothRun run app but when I uplsod the run to Garmin, lap paces are not seen any more

Might be able to add laps to the file using a 3rd party app, such as FIT File Repair Tool. Not sure if it would be worth the effort if it needs to be done every time. You can request that Garmin fix the issue, but in reality, not sure how motivated they'll be, considering you're using a device not intended for Garmin Connect.

Nonetheless, if you want to zip then attach the file to your thread, we can see if we can add laps or see if this issue is emanating from the iSmoothRun app.

do you think it is a Garmin problem oder a problem from iSmoothRun?

Also ja, das Problem existiert nicht mehr, aber ich kann dir nicht sagen, warum. seit 3 monaten läuft es gut stabil. davor habe ich es über RunGap hochgeladen und immer mal wieder probiert. ob das Problem immer noch existent ist. Nach einem Garmin Update lief es plötzlich wieder problemlos. Mal sehen wie lange...
