The calibration is not applied to Strava posts. They show the origin distance which is pretty different from the accomplished one. It is super-inconvenient and should be solved. If Garmin can't export the RUN session with calibration, maybe it makes sense to export it as a custom activity. Or ask Strava to add the treadmill item that should have the ability to calibrate the distance.
