Daily total steps are not shown in the app

This is happening to me too. The last day that shows my steps on the calendar is Feb 6th. The steps are also not syncing with my Noom app (even though they were before)

I have managed to get it working again. I have installed the Connect software on my computer and synced my watch using the USB cable. After that it has started recording daily steps again. I haven't managed yet to recover the previous days.

Thank you Kevin. I had already checked all those points in the FAQ before posting but none of them aplied nor solved the issue.
