December Walking Challenges Not Registering my Steps

Hi I’ve signed up for 2021 Walking challenge stage 4 which has been calculating my steps but has been stuck at 136.9 for a couple of weeks and 12 Days of Fitness which isn’t registering any of my steps to the challenges - I have deleted and reinstalled the challenge several times but it still won’t register, The December step month challenge does however seem to be calculating my steps, which are 241,386 so far this month. Any ideas why the challenges won’t work? I’ve tried turning on/off Bluetooth etc. I did change from vivofit to Venus 2 in November but it seemed to just download everything ok. Thank you.

The odd thing here is that the "December Step Month" is working, but not the other challenges. They are all using the same data.

Which watch have you set as preferred activity tracker? Make sure you have switched to the Venu 2.

Hi yes it’s set to Venu 2 - it is really strange as they appear to have frozen - it’s frustrating! Thank you for response.

I have the exact same issue you have, but with the S62. Did you manage to fix the problem yet

Those challenges have ended so you can't get them now.

Do do realize the challenges has ended. That is not the issue. I started the challenge when it was still active, but for some reason only the firts few days was recorded and then it stopped recording my activities towards the challenge. If it didn't stopped recording, I would have achieved the challenge. I just feel a bit disappointed that I didn't "achieved " the challenge due to a recording issue which wasn't my fault

We can't do anything since the challenge has ended. Check the status during the challenge and post here so we got time to fix it. There are several things you can test during the challenge.
