New Garmin 245, how can I adjust my coached training plan mid plan?

Hello!  Just received a new garmin 245 forerunner.  I wanted the watch to use for my half marathon training.  I’d live to utilize the coaching plan, how can I adjust a plan to match where I am which is currently half way through or just six weeks away?

  • I was facing a similar problem and managed to resolve at least half of it. My probelm: A had missed my planned 5K training unit on Monday and wanted to do it the following Tuesday instead. I was not able to move the Monday unit to Tuesday BUT:

    You can open the calendar, select the next training unit and then with the three-dot-menu adjust the plan. So I moved the next unit to an earlier date which was good enough for me. 

    In short: This way you can ajust the plan, maybe in even more aspects than I have checked out.
