Network Connection Error

Just bought this venu 2, tried to connect to ios app, got network  connection error when trying to Agree the Storage & Processing Agreement. It’s like a loop and I’m stacked in here. I was able to connect the watch to my wifi so not sure what might be. Any support?

  • Hello Former Member.  I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue.  Let's start by uninstalling the Garmin Connect mobile app.  Next, please reboot your phone and then make sure that your iOS software is up to date (it should be 15.2).  Once your iOS is up to date, go ahead and reinstall the Garmin Connect mobile app.

    Actually I had to setup an account using a gmail instead yahoo, then update the watch to last version using Gamin Express. Now all good. Thanks!
