Dear Garmin friends,
I have a curious situation (Fenix 6pro, IOS app on iPhone 11, HRM-pro)
I synced my watch yesterday morning. I wore my watch during the night and wend for a run around 09:30. After the run, I synced my watch using the IOS app. Now if I look in the IOS app (or Garmin Connect web for that matter) the hearth rate, steps and body battery information is missing from exactly midnight until the start of my activity. SInce then it does keep my hearth rate again, even if I am not doing an activity.
Even more curious, it does there has been information for my daily step count starts at 580 instead of 0, the amount of steps since i woke up is stored, just not the data. The same goes for hearth rate(rest) and body battery (decline). If I open the app on my watch, al data from midnight inwards is visible. On the other hand, my sleep data and sleep quality is available in the app just fine.
Does anyone have a clue what has happened and whether there is anyway to restore this. For some reason the data from midnight onward is deleted and i can't force the watch to resend the data. i tried by uploading fit files manually, it just gives me the message the file is already uploaded. I did not sync my watch at midnight, i keep bluetooth switched off.
J.
ps. no I don't have two accounts, i have verified that first thing, it is set as primary tracker.
