I cannot report that I’m ill - is this not an option in Garmin connect?

I can report my menstrual cycle but not how many days I have a cold? Seems weird.

There is no such function. I usually write a note in the calendar when I'm sick or injured. You must use the calendar in the web to write notes: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/calendar
