I’ve just accidentally zeroed today’s data on my forerunner. Now my watch has the wrong time showing and the app data is different to that on the watch

  Which Forerunner do you have? The time should be just a matter of going outdoors and starting a GPS activity (run, walk, ride).

  It’s a 235. The time has rectified itself, thanks. I lost a chunk of data from the middle of the day but otherwise it’s gone back on track and synced. Thanks.
