For some reason my intensity minutes are not loading anymore. They loaded up until about two weeks ago. I exercise about six times a week. They’ve only showed up one time of the last two weeks, anyone else having this problem?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble that you all are having with Intensity Minutes on your devices. Intensity minutes are calculated/generated on the device and not in the Garmin Connect mobile app. Is your issue that your device IS showing the Intensity Minutes, but they are not showing up when you check the mobile app?
If you are NOT seeing Intensity Minutes on your device and feel that you should be awarded them, please review How Does the Intensity Minutes Feature Work? and, if you meet all the criteria, please post a thread in your respective device's forum, instead of in the forum for the mobile app.
Hello Kevin, i understand that intensity minutes are calculated/generated on the device. But the device is showing total intensity minutes and the mobile app shows more info (high and average). since 2 weeks, with runs, the mobile app shows only average minutes. very strange is that the average minutes go skyhigh, it shows move iq activity minutes (that is correct) and activity minutes out of the blue like when i go upstairs, activity minutes when i go to the grocery store and so on (so when i'm not so active, the device counts minutes). when i can find it, i'm new on this forum, i'll post a thread in the device forum. I already have reset the forerunner 45 and that didn't work
