It looks like your menu key is stuck.
This diagnostic screen shows up while powering on and holding down the menu key. Suggest force powering off by holding down the power button until the device powers off, wait 1 minute then power on again. If it's still displaying the diagnostic screen, it's possible the key is still stuck. Hold the watch under running tap water and press the menu key a few times.
