The Garmin app has recorded my run but it hasn’t transferred to the Strava app
You can try a manual upload to the Strava upload page - https://www.strava.com/upload/select
At least this will tell you if Strava has an issue with the activity file.
If the problem persists ... try disconnecting Strava and reconnecting it.
