Connect does not show SPO two days ago,and then no sleep data. Please help. I am using 245 Music.

My watch fails to register sleeping data from time to time, even though the way I wear my watch does not change in any way.

May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?
May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
In what country do you live?

The situation worsen and my watch fails to register sleep data all together. yes you amy access my Garmin Connect account and I live in Hong Kong

I see that your watch has been registered to two different Garmin Connect accounts under your name.
