No Health Data since 29.10

Hi,

owner of fenix 6 pro

my garmin connect mobile and web are not displaying any health data (hr, body battery, breath, stress) since 29.10

all of a sudden the data is not being displayed. i have tried all the fixes (rebooting, app deinstallation etc) to no avail.

the data seems be on the watch. at least it displays data in the widgets on the watch.

does anyone have the same problem?

We are aware of an issue on November 3rd where wellness data (heart rate, body battery, stress, steps, etc.) were not syncing completely to Garmin Connect Web/Mobile and apologize for this inconvenience…

I've got the same problem since this morning. I think it's related to the new Fenix 5 firmware 24.1

Similar problem for me with the forerunner 45, no data since Sunday (in Europe)

Have you tried syncing with Garmin Express?

I've read several reports about sync issues today so something seems to be going on. I don't have any issues at all. Maybe something with the iOS app...?

Yes, I have synced with garmin express. it didn't fix the problem

I’m having the same problem on my Garmin forerunner 45, steps, heart rate and intensity minutes aren’t syncing in properly on the Garmin app but appears to be working fine on my watch but not on the phone app- the problem for me also started this morning.

We are aware of an issue on November 3rd where wellness data (heart rate, body battery, stress, steps, etc.) were not syncing completely to Garmin Connect Web/Mobile and apologize for this inconvenience. This issue should have been resolved overnight, after we reprocessed the data. If you are still not seeing your wellness data in your account, please start a new thread, stating so.
