Heart rate, stress, respiration and body battery not showing on app or online

Hi, 

I have tried resetting and hard resetting my watch and then syncing numerous times with Garmin Connect, but these details are not populating on the app or online. I can see the data on the watch, and heart rate shows on the run I did, but that’s it. 

Is anyone else having this?

  • Maybe a coincidence with the fix by Garmin and my de-link from Health.

  • Happy to report the missing data between last night and time of service online again is now filled magically by itself

  • I see for some people it came back on its own, but I've had this problem since Oct 16 and still no daily HR information on App or online (HR data during runs, activities is recorded and synced, though doesn't show up at all on daily graphs).  Is there a specific solution ? Is there some setting I changed ?

    We are aware of an issue on November 3rd where wellness data (heart rate, body battery, stress, steps, etc.) were not syncing completely to Garmin Connect Web/Mobile and apologize for this inconvenience. This issue should have been resolved overnight, after we reprocessed the data. If you are still not seeing your wellness data in your account, please start a new thread, stating so.
