I have a pretty low RHR (52-58 avg). However since the last update, my resting levels have jumped to 65-67 on most days, but will occasionally drop to 55. Also it is saying my body battery is hardly recharged at the end of my sleep cycle (although I don’t put much stock in that metric). I am not changing anything else and am still feeling fine, but something seems wrong with the software now. Has anyone else seen this change?
