Is it just sleep and steps? Try troubleshooting your device. When ever I cannot sync I power off and on my watch and phone. If that doesn’t work you can re-open the app or turn Bluetooth off then back on. Maybe you need to go into “connectivity” in settings and pair with phone or sync it or connect to wifi. Sorry, I’m not sure but try those and if that doesn’t work I would probably contact Garmin
