I’m having a hard time connecting my approach s62 to connect iq. Connect iq asks me to put the phone in pair mode, when I go into settings on the phone and go to pair it tells me it’s already paired to the golf app and backs me out. I have been successful pairing with connect but I can’t get it synced up with connect iq. I’m assuming this is possible but just can’t seem to find out how or why. I’ve deleted and reinstalled all apps on iOS. On connect iq it does have my name on the bottom of the my device page but I can’t find anywhere to log in or out and it retains my name upon deletion and reinstall of the app. I feel like I have to be missing something but am struggling with the manuals and forums to find an exact answer.
