Speed Sensor 2 don't connect with Garmin Connect app iPhone 11.

I have a set of sensors, Velocity and Cadence.
I've been using it for two years now with no problems but since I updated your iphone to version 15.0.2 I can't add my speed sensor to garmin connect anymore.
Someone with the same problem. I have the iphone 11 and I tested it on my wife's iphone 8 and it worked.

  • I would suggest trying to replace the battery in your speed sensor first, followed by uninstalling and reinstalling Garmin Connect Mobile to see if this resolves the issue. There are no compatibility issues with the phones you have listed so hopefully this troubleshooting will resolve this for you. 

  • Hi. Thanks for the reply. I've already done everything that's possible.... It's no use. On my wife's phone, an iphone 8, it works. On my iphone 11 it doesn't work.

      I spin the sensor a bit to get it to wake up
        I tap on Add Device
        It recognises the sensor and says “Speed Sensor 2 found”
        I tap on “Connect it”
        It then says “Connecting to Speed Sensor 2” and below a progress bar it says “Completing setup of your device”
        My phone asks me if I want to pair it via bluetooth and a say yes
        Nothing happens for a while and then it says “Pairing Failed - unable to pair your Garmin device”
