Training Status or Training Load are showing on watch, but not in the Garmin Connect Mobile app

Hi,

I believe this has been an issue addressed. My training load and status have disappeared from my app. It is still available as a 'status' if I go into my reports section, but it is not tracking the data or available on the home screen. This disappeared for four or five days last week, reappeared yesterday and then disappeared again today. Is there a fix or any further updates?

  •  The training status card not showing in ‘My Day’ issue that was fixed last week has recurred today. It still shows in ‘Performance Stats’ and is up-to-date as of yesterday, but normally would show ‘Since Oct 14’ in the right column whereas it only states ‘Oct 14’ so I’m guessing it’s not capturing anything today

  • I  just started having this problem on my Edge 1030.  I have years of training consistently and in the past week, even though I have bicycling activity I am getting the No Status available message.  Garmin shows load focus data as does garmin connect on the web

  • I am sorry to hear about the Training Status issues that you're experiencing.  Please post a photo of what your device shows for Training Status AND a screenshot of what your Garmin Connect account shows for Training Status.

    1. May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?
    2. May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
    3. In what country do you live?
  • you have permission to email me and to view my garmin connect account.  I live in the US. Garmin 1030 was recently updated to 13.10

  • I amalso having this issue. The tile disappeared from my garmin app and is tracking no training status even though I am clearly tracking running and cycling activities weekly.

  •  I am happy to look into this for you.  I noticed that your cycling activities are indoors and do not include power data, so those will not count.  That means that you will need 2+ outdoor (GPS) runs per week to maintain a Training Status.  Please post a photo of what your Fenix 6s Pro shows for Training Status AND a screenshot of what your Garmin Connect account shows for Training Status.

  • I too am having this issue where my training status is simply not working and just tells me to record two runs per week. Any help greatly appreciated.
