LiveTrack not working on Garmin 830

LiveTrack is not working on Garmin 830, although it does with my Forerunner 645 Music On my Garmin 830, when I choose "Safety and tracking" - "LiveTrack Share location" - "Recipients" it says 0/50. I can't select anyone, even during an activity. That while auto-start and share course are on in the settings of the Garmin 830. On the Connect app at my iPhone, when I choose "Safety and tracking" - "LiveTrack", the items "Show course" as well as "Automatic start" are turned on, but it still doesn't send my location to the recipient I put under "LiveTrack settings" (you can find them using the upper right three dots on the iPhone). The recipient I have for my activities does get the location with the Forerunner as mentioned, so it's not her mailadress that's bringing the problem.

Does anyone know how to fix the issue? That would be great, thanks in advance!

Teun Would you be able to try removing your 830 from the app completely and then pairing it again as if it were new before starting LiveTrack again? This error shouldn't be occurring, but removing and re-pairing your device will be a good starting point.

If this is unsuccessful, could you please reply with what model phone and iOS version your are running, as well as what software version you have installed on your 830?
