My activities do not synchronize automatically

Hello,

My Forerunner 945 doesn't synchronize automatically when I've done an activity.
I have to open Garmin Connect on my phone (iphone 12 pro) to force the synchronization.

My watch seems to be disconnected until I open the application.

The application can run in background and it can use bluetooth.

my connect application is already authorized to run in background.

i can’t use auto synchronization, incident detection and all other connected functions.

Please make sure that you do not swipe away the Garmin Connect app when you are done with it. This is different than having the Background App Refresh [Actualiser (arriere-plan)] setting turned on.
