Make sure you've not created a new account. You should login with the same account as always used. Check Garmin Connect Web using all possible email addresses you've used in the past to login.

Searching for "CHIEPPE" pulls up several. Are you any of these?
You can also search by email address, which would narrow down the accounts you've been using.
