Heart Rate zones resetting on their own

This has happened a few times, super annoying. I have custom heart rate zones set in the IOS app and once in awhile they get written over, not sure why. It takes a workout or two to figure out this has happened again. Anyone know why?

Any chance this is somehow getting changed in Garmin Connect Web?

Device Settings > User Settings > Heart Rate Zones

No, I rarely if ever use that. Sometimes I use Garmin Express on my PC if I need to do an update and clean up first.

It was correct yesterday and it was re-set this morning again when I looked at it and hadn’t been on either, just the app.
