Unfortunately the monitor folder only contained three files dated today (27 Sep)

There were files relating to the relevant day (25 Sep) in Activity, Metrics and PointCache which I saved to my desktop.

Will those files (.fit and .gpc) be helpful? if so, what should I do with them?).

Checking if there were any other work arounds to have the steps data showing? Thanks

The 'Pointcache' folder was just a folder that existed on the Garmin 245 when I connected it via USB.

The activity files for the lost day are available however will these show the steps? they show the other data such as distance travelled, pace, etc however not steps.

Is it strange that this activity data is showing but not the steps? Is there another way to have this steps data showing?

Hi CU

The MONITOR folder just contained the current days data - not for the 25th (the lost day).

Are the steps within the files in the METRICS folder? (.fit) I have attempted to import these into Garmin Connect but it is saying it is already existing.

Is there any other way to have steps displaying for the day where there is activity data?
