Garmin Connect regularly shows me as having far higher than usual stress levels after workouts. However, after a workout is when I'm feeling most calm and relaxed - totally zen-like, in fact. So why is my Connect app saying I'm stressed?
Garmin Connect regularly shows me as having far higher than usual stress levels after workouts. However, after a workout is when I'm feeling most calm and relaxed - totally zen-like, in fact. So why is my Connect app saying I'm stressed?
I mean maybe they should use a different word then. Stress is almost universally understood to be experienced psychologically, and indeed to originate from psychological factors, even if it does have physiological impacts.
