Can’t record steps since 1 month ago

My appeoach s60 record steps properly and displayed properly at app. But if clicked steps for more information, there is no data for one month.

What’s the solution?? How can I solve this problem??

Sync with Garmin Express. That usually helps. And restart the watch if you haven't done that already.
