Then check the stress readings during night. Do you have low stress (blue)?

If you look at the body battery graph and click the Stress button you will see them both in the same graph. Could you post a screenshot of that?

That stress graph also looks odd. It is at a constant level. It will normally fluctuate up and down.

Have you tried a restart of the watch?

Yes. Restarted watch a number of time. Disconnected and re connected to phone. No difference. 

Is your wrist heart rate measurement correct during the day and in activities? Do you see the green flashing lights under the watch? The wrist heart rate must be enabled for it to work.

Yes. HR is recording accurately from wrist. This is from yesterday

Then it might be the stress readings that isn't working as they should. It is measuring HRV (Heart rate variability).
