specific activity from Garmin Connect not synchronising with Strava?

I was recording an important activity both directly in Strava and with my Garmin. Afterwards I deleted the Strava activity with the intention of using the activity from Garmin connect (with more correct data) Aldi in Strava. The synchronization of this activity now doesn’t work. How can I still sync this specific activity from Garmin Connect to Strava?

Using Garmin Connect Web from a computer, export from Garmin Connect - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities,open the activity, Export Original.
Unzip the file then import the .fit file into Strava - https://www.strava.com/upload/select

Also, if the activity is still on your Garmin device, you can connect your Garmin to a computer with the Garmin USB cable, then import the .fit file directly into strava from the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder.
