Fenix 5 is not syncing Apps and Data fields

Recently (within a month), The Mobile Connect app moved some apps to "Removed" Section and whenever I attempted to re-install them, nothing happens.  Its like I cannot add any Apps to my watch now.  The Data Fields are acting the same. I have an iPhone 11.

I do not have any issues with synching my steps, heart, sleep, etc...the issue is just with the Apps and Data fields.
