Can’t sync a run to Strava, but the day before & after, did sync?

Day before yesterday did sync, to Strava, yesterday did not, and now today did sync? What am I missing?

What happens when you do a manual upload to strava? www.strava.com/.../select

It appears it will not upload from my watch to Garmin. I asked the wrong question, I suppose.

Try a manual upload to Garmin Connect - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

Connect your Garmin device to your computer with the Garmin USB cable
Open the drive associated with your device.
Look for your FIT file by date under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder
Drag and drop the file onto the Garmin Connect Import Data page
Click Import Data

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file being corrupt. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
