File not uploading to Garmin Connect

my Garmin 810 does not sync every time . Sometimes it does most time not . All the Bluetooth connections are set up but keep getting this error message

Sync failed
FileTransferError crc MisMatch

Appreciate any help on resolving?

Have you tried a manual upload to see if these problematic activities (.fit files) are corrupt?
