I use the Garmin Watch to track my running regularly. But the VO2 Max stopped updating since two months ago. My running frequency and App settings had no change (at least 2-3 times/week). Don’t know how to make the VO2 Max read work again.

I would start with checking the max heart rate and make sure that I reach 70% of max heart rate for 10 minutes.
